Returns Policy
Returns are accepted solely at the discretion of Designer Touch.
If you receive a defective chair mat, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a replacement at no cost to you. You must within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get the necessary information that may be needed to process a claim, provide a return authorization, etc.. Designer Touch will take care of any shipping charges to return the defective chair mat and get the replacement to you.

Items Damaged During Shipment
If your order appears to have been damaged during shipment, it is recommended that you refuse the shipment at the time the delivery attempt is being made. Please detain the delivery person until you have the opportunity to inspect your parcel and before you sign for it.


Product Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with our product, it can be returned for an exchange or refund. You must contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving the item to get a return authorization. All return items must be received within 10 business days of the date the return authorization is issued, and no more than 30 days from date our product was originally shipped to you. Items returned without a return authorization will be disregarded or returned at the customer's expense. All returned items must be in a "never used" condition, or we will not accept them. Shipping on non-defective chair mats is the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.


Refunds
Refunds for non-defective items may be subject to fees. If a refund is requested, a 10% to 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and Handling on Non-Defective products is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Liability
No claims will be accepted after the materials are installed. Although we sell the highest quality mats available, we cannot extend any guarantees, expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear resistance or maintenance procedures.
