Manufacturer warrants its Laminate mat to be free from manufacturer's defect in workmanship or material for 5 years from date of purchase under normal usage. Laminate mats should not be used in exterior environments or any area with moisture issues. The manufacturers warranty is voided for mats that have been subjected to moisture and/or exterior use. Soft dual wheel casters must be used on the chair rolling on the mat and this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. At manufacturer's discretion the mat may be repaired or replaced with a similar product (or at its option, refund the original purchase price) upon proof of purchase and upon return of the defective mat to the factory with transportation charges prepaid by the customer to and from factory. (Customer will be responsible for the freight for the replacement mat under warranty). The use of any metal or hard wheel caster or casters with surface contact of less than one half inch in width voids this warranty. Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the returned goods for evidence of misuse prior to issuing any adjustments. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any limited warranties of merchantability of fitness, which are expressly excluded. Liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the product and shall not extend to any other special or consequential damages. .
